Connection Hour® Signature Virtual Experience

A powerful multi-week guided virtual experience that helps create a more connected work culture by inspiring meaningful conversations.

Learn what people care about to foster strong collaboration and have people feel more seen, valued and a sense of belonging.  

This proprietary research-backed method is centered around the power of inquisition and storytelling.  Participants practice moving from small talk to real talk by learning key thoughtful questions that are proven to accelerate initiating and deepening relationships and practice mindful listening.

Who does this serve?

It benefits companies of all sizes and industries.  The ideal group size per cohort ranges from 5-30 and be entire company, department or cross functional, or cross-company peer groups. 

How long does the program run for?

The Signature program typically runs for 7 weeks - with weekly 90 min calls that include pre & post integration sessions.

There is the option to extend in a 3, 6, 12 month program that can be held bi-weekly or monthly.  

What is the cost?
